What is Levocetirizine?
Levocetirizine is the active R-enantiomer of cetirizine, offering effective allergy relief with fewer side effects. It is used to manage allergic rhinitis and chronic hives, working by blocking histamine at H1 receptors. It has a fast onset and long duration of action, with minimal sedation in most users.
